Unlisted Properties
Unlisted Properties is a work solo performance that has been presented at the Firehouse Theatre Project in Richmond, VA and the 2008 SETC Theatre Convention in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Co-created with Jase Smith, this project intertwines personal narrative and historical text to create portraits of women throughout history illustrating the singular theme of woman as property - or owning others as personal property. Described as "intellectually stimulating" and "thought-provoking" by Mary Burress of Richmond's Style Weekly Magazine, this work continues to evolve and also serves as a tool to help train acting students create their own solo performance work.
